Our client designs and manufactures advanced high-tech equipment used by industrial customers across the globe. To strengthen its support team, a young and dynamic group, we are looking for a Support Engineer who combines technical curiosity with genuine customer focus.

Poste

What you’ll do ?

You will be the first point of contact when a customer faces a technical issue. You will guide them through troubleshooting, coordinate with internal teams when needed, and make sure every issue gets resolved accurately and on time.

You will diagnose system faults, remotely or directly on site, down to component level, working closely with engineering teams when a fix requires their input.

You will build lasting relationships with customers who count on your reliability, and you will take part in your team’s support rotation, sharing the workload with your colleagues.

You will also prepare offers for spare parts, services and training, and coordinate shipments with the relevant departments.

Profil

What we’re looking for ?

You hold an engineering or technical degree, or you have built equivalent expertise on the field as a highly experienced technician.

You have between 3 and 8 years of experience, ideally combining mechanical, electrical and software or PLC knowledge. Exposure to motion control systems is a strong plus.

You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch is a plus, but openness and clear communication matter more than your native language.

You read technical schematics and manuals without hesitation, and you stay calm when a situation gets complicated or a customer gets tense.

You are ready to travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis, and you hold a valid driver’s license.
