They are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Sales Representative (F/M) to spearhead the expansion of their presence and business in Sweden/Finland and Baltic States. Operating primarily from our Malmö office, they also offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement for the ideal candidate.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Company’s stature within the electronics industry. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in proactive prospecting to cultivate new business relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with OEM and EMS clients to augment existing business and drive revenue growth.
  • Nurturing and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including the issuance of quotes, negotiation of prices, and ongoing client support.
  • Overseeing project progress, ranging from 10k to 500k USD annually, through regular coordination with our extensive technical and quality team based in China.
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary to visit clients and pursue new opportunities in Sweden/Finland/Baltic States.



  • A background in sales, with formal training and/or a degree in Sales or International Trade.
  • Demonstrated success in selling industrial products, with at least 5 years of experience. Familiarity with the electronic components sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)/Electronics is preferred but not mandatory. Generally speaking, an experience in custom made/Specific products in long cycles sales is required
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage in a multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivation, high energy levels, and the ability to work autonomously, ambitiousmess
  • A curious and pragmatic approach, with a proven track record of initiative and autonomy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, combined with a meticulous and independent work ethic.
  • Tenacity and perseverance, particularly in navigating extended project cycles.
  • Valid driver’s license for client visits.
